ITEM: steering rack, 185k
DESCRIPTION:
This steering rack was taken from a 2001 530i Sedan with ~185k miles. The rack is NOT for cars with Servotronic steering. The input shaft splines are clean and undamaged. The motion of the rack is smooth and normal, with no irregular play or binding. The housing has no rubbing or cracks, and all the mounting points are intact. The hard fluid lines are rusted slightly, but not kinked or leaking. The tie rods are not included. Details can be viewed in the photos. Guaranteed good working condition. This is a used original BMW part.
